Jennifer O'Donoghue

Jennifer O'Donoghue is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at SmartSimple Software since November 2020, with prior roles including Employee Success Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Before joining SmartSimple Software, Jennifer worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at JLL and as a Recruitment Consultant at Eden Recruitment and The Adecco Group. Jennifer's career began with Aer Lingus as Cabin Crew. Jennifer holds a degree from the University of Toronto, completed between January 2022 and April 2023.
