Irina Mircica

Irina Mircica is a Senior Project Manager at SmartSites. Irina has over three years of experience in the industry, and has previously worked at Mainly Monograms/Mercury Sports as a Project Manager.

Irina is responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationship(s), building a strong sense of trust and solving any frontline issues. Irina also assists with the creation of project scopes and proposals, supports client relationships by creating client call agendas and weekly status reports, and scheduling meetings.

Irina ensures that all client deliverables are on brief, will meet all client expectations, and are delivered on time and on budget. Irina also translates client requests into clear directives for the creative team, and regularly brainstorm with team, introducing strategies and providing feedback to help achieve client vision and goals.

Irina also moves the project through all steps of the process, from initial order to launch stage, making sure there are no delays or losses. Irina works with Purchasing to ensure goods are delivered timely and with the Art Department to ensure proofs meet the client approved. Irina also drives progress and ensures that items pass all of the internal success requirements.

Irina Mircica has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National College Andrei Saguna. Irina is currently pursuing their career in psychology and is working towards becoming a psychologist.

Irina Mircica reports to Ashley Moffitt, Director of Project Management. Irina Mircica works with Luna Silva - Project Manager, Kymber Heinze - Project Manager, and Stephanie Patti - Senior Project Manager, B2B/Enterprise SEO Lead.
