Jana Rucker has over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications roles.

- From 2022 to the present, they have served as Vice President of Marketing Communications at SmartSky Networks, where they lead corporate marketing and communications efforts.

- In 2022, they were also the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and Brand at SmartSky Networks, where they led strategic marketing, internal and external communications, and reputation management.

- In 2021, they worked as a Senior Consulting Partner and Certified Executive Coach at Strata Leadership, LLC, providing executive coaching to leaders seeking change or improvement in their personal and professional lives.

- From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Vice President for University Communications & Enrollment at Harding University, overseeing marketing, admissions, and financial aid operations.

- Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Brand and Marketing at Satcom Direct from 2014 to 2016, managing branding and marketing for the aviation connectivity provider.

- From 2011 to 2014, they were the Marketing Director - Senior Vice President at Insureon Solutions, where they defined and executed marketing strategies for an online insurance platform.
