Michal Vlkovič

Michal Vlkovič has a background in IT and hardware and software solutions. Michal began their career in 2010 as an IT technician freelancer and IT support technician with Vlkotech. In 2016, they joined Chat-support.net, s.r.o. as a Customer Service Representative. Michal also began working remotely for Agorapulse as a Customer Support L1 and L2. In 2021, they became the Founder of TruckCntrl X, and in 2022 they began working as a QA Engineer for Smartsupp.

Michal Vlkovič has been enrolled in Social Media Manager School since 2020. Prior to that, they attended Gymnázium, Dubnica nad Váhom from 2008 to 2012. Michal is also currently enrolled in Udemy for Cypress: Web Automation Testing from Zero to Hero, beginning in 2022.
