Keaton Aitken

Keaton Aitken is a Workforce and Reporting Analyst at SMART Technologies since July 2021, specializing in programming with MS Power BI, Qualtrics, AWS, SQL, and R Studio to create reports that analyze call center trends and improve customer experiences. Additionally, Keaton has been a Hockey Referee with the Alberta Central Region Referee Committee since September 2011, officiating around 1000 games across various age levels. Previous experience includes positions as a Laborer at TRUMAN HOMES LIMITED and a Construction Laborer at Newhook Trenching Ltd, as well as serving as an Auxiliary with the Calgary Police Service. Keaton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Calgary, completed in April 2021.
