Robin Roddy has extensive experience in data quality and operations, currently holding the position of Data Quality Analyst and previously serving as a CX Operations & Quality Specialist at SMART Technologies since December 2015. Prior to this, Robin worked at West Canadian Digital Imaging as a Site Coordinator from 2007 to December 2015, and briefly at Greyhound Lines, Inc. as an Assistant Operations Manager in 2007. Earlier experience includes the role of Rail Traffic Controller at Canadian Pacific Railway from 2006 to 2007. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, earned between 2000 and 2004, and is a graduate of Highwood High School.
