Mingzhe Li

Mingzhe Li is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer currently at Apple, focusing on on-device machine learning since October 2022. Prior to this, Mingzhe served as a Research Scientist at Facebook AI from January 2018 to October 2022, where expertise in developing the PyTorch framework was cultivated. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Berkeley Lab in 2015, concentrating on network topology-aware communication runtime. Mingzhe holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2011 and 2017, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from San Jose State University from 2009 to 2011, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Henan University of Economics and Law, graduating in 2009.
