Amy Yanta

Amy Yanta has a diverse work experience in the regulatory and quality assurance field. Amy is currently the Vice President of Regulatory/Quality & Compliance at Electromed, Inc. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at IMRIS, Deerfield Imaging, and as a Director of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at the same company. Amy also worked as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Boston Scientific and as a Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Surmodics.

Amy has extensive experience in the medical field, having served as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the Air National Guard and as a Flight and Ground Medic in the US Air Force Reserve. Amy also worked as a Neuromodulation Research & Development Clinical Data Coordinator at Medtronic and as a Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Associate at Prism Clinical Research.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in regulatory submissions, compliance, quality assurance, and leadership. Amy has managed international regulatory and compliance teams, obtained CE Marking for new products, and ensured regulatory compliance in product development. Amy's experience spans various aspects of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and clinical research in the medical industry.

Amy Yanta has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Metro State University. Amy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition, they have certifications in Secret Security Clearance from the United States Air Force and various medical certifications such as Advanced Care Life Support, Basic Care Life Support, and an EMT License.
