Karl Rogers

Karl Rogers has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and business analysis. Karl most recently worked as a Senior Product Manager at Smartwyre starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at TransferRoom from October 2021 to June 2023.

Before their roles in product management, Karl worked at Altus Group as a Technical Product Manager from December 2019 to October 2021, and as a Product Owner/Business Analyst from May 2018 to December 2019. Karl gained experience in the business analyst role at UsableNet from April 2017 to May 2018, where they provided technical support to the sales team and led product demos.

Karl Rogers completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organic Chemistry with Molecular and Cellular Biology at UCL from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various fields such as leadership and management, scrum product ownership, giving and receiving feedback, leading without formal authority, lean six sigma foundations, public speaking, business analysis, business writing, communication within teams, Excel tips, interpersonal communication, leadership foundations, finance, and agile methodologies. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as ILM, Scrum.org, and LinkedIn, with the dates ranging from 2018 to 2021.
