Rafael Nolli

Rafael is the Director of Finance for Smartz. Rafael is passionate about maintaining and increasing revenue for Smartz while improving processes and controls. He has vast experience in finance from his years leading the Financial Planning & Analysis departments in Brazil for Dover Corporation (Fortune 500) and TE Connectivity (S&P 500). Rafael brings expertise in forecasting, budgeting financial reporting, and controls which he successfully developed in his previous roles. Rafael received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at one of the most prestigious universities in Brazil, the State University of Campinas – Unicamp. He then furthered his education in the same institution with a specialization in Management and Business Strategy.
