Adrian Burns

Adrian Burns has been a Senior Software Engineer at Smartzer since 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer and Financial Engineer at First Derivatives, where they were responsible for software development and testing for an agile development team for a MEAN stack Enterprise Data Warehouse application. Adrian's roles involved a range of front and back end development, as well as extensive focus on unit, integration and user testing. Adrian also worked as a Placement Student at Redback Biotek from 2014 to 2017.

Adrian Burns attended Abbey Grammar School Newry from 2005 to 2012, where they studied Technology/Maths/Physics/ICT. Adrian then went on to the University of Ulster, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Engineering in 2016.
