Ginikachi Njoku

Ginikachi Njoku is a dedicated undergraduate student at the University of California, Berkeley, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Business Administration. Ginikachi has gained diverse experience through multiple roles, including as an intern at the Kapor Center, focusing on marketing strategies for Encantos Media, and as a research assistant in the Clinical Research on Externalizing and Addiction Mechanism Lab, addressing the underrepresentation of curly and coarse hair in EEG research. Additionally, Ginikachi serves as a Community Manager at The Berkeley Group, is an active content creator on YouTube, and has interned at Raytheon Intelligence & Space in Model Based System Engineering. Ginikachi's background includes participation in programs like SMASH, where skills in STEM and professional development were nurtured. Past roles also include a Youth Evaluator at Essential Access Health, evaluating HIV and STI prevention services. Ginikachi is committed to contributing to community and social justice efforts while developing a strong foundation for a future career.
