Allen Kimble

Allen Kimble has been SMA’s Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller since 2014, providing vision and management for all phases of company-wide accounting, financial planning and reporting, treasury, audit and tax compliance, and internal controls.

Prior to joining SMA, Inc., Mr. Kimble was Corporate Controller at Keolis Transit America, Inc. (formerly Tectrans, Inc.), in Los Angeles. He was previously Corporate Controller at NRG Motorsports, Inc., in La Habra, California, providing oversight of their annual financial operations, and providing due diligence support with investment bankers for the sale of the business entity.

He has held positions in financial management since 1988, including CFO and Corporate Controller for EWorldMedia Holdings, Inc., in Newport Beach, California; CFO and Controller for Trans Mobile Solutions, Inc., in Rancho Santa Margarita, California; West Area Controller for Laidlaw Transit Services, Inc., in Rancho Santa Margarita; Senior Financial Consultant at Watkins Consulting, Inc, in Bethesda, Maryland; Senior Auditor in Charge at Irving Burton & Associates, Inc., in Washington DC; and Sr. Accountant at Watkins, Meegan, Drury & Company CPAs in Bethesda, Maryland.
