Earl Mazerolle has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Earl started their career at The Boeing Company in 1992 as a Product Manager/Project Manager, overseeing multiple product design/build teams. Earl then served as a Sales & Marketing Project Manager within a startup commercial electronics subsidiary, where they contributed to business strategy and conducted market analyses. After that, they became a Program Manager for 787 Processes and Technology at The Boeing Company, leading the development and improvement of processes, methods, tools, and training for the 787 Aircraft Program. Earl later joined EFW as Manager, Program Planning & Control, where they managed senior program planners and cost analysts, defined the annual operating plan, and oversaw the implementation of Earned Value Management processes and tools. Currently, Earl is working at SM&A as the Lead Client Relations Manager, supporting Parker Aerospace for over five years. In this role, they lead a team of consultants in establishing program management best practices and creating solid integrated master schedules based on Critical Path Methodology. Earl also developed an Earned Value Management System that has been implemented at multiple divisions across the US.

Earl Mazerolle earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Seattle University in the years 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1972 to 1976, without completing a specific degree or field of study.
