Jacque Keats

Jacque Keats is Chief Operations Officer at SMA, Inc. He is recognized as an industry expert in the field of software system development and project management and has over 30 years of experience developing and implementing award winning automated scheduling, resource planning, costing, earned value, accounting, pricing, and enterprise project management systems for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

Jacque has focused on the integration and implementation of project management and performance measurement systems with contemporary ERP and traditional finance systems to meet the business objects of each client organization. As the Chief Technology Officer at Dekker, Ltd., Mr. Keats had the responsibility for bringing four commercial software applications (TRAKKER, iPursuit, iPortfolio, and Traction) to market with cumulative revenues over $50M. As a member of the board of directors for SGYC and MTAI, he provided project management and financial expertise contributing to the growth of both organizations.

Jacque is an accomplished executive and leader. He has directed engagements and provided consulting support to numerous clients, including the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition Logistics and Technology (ASA ALT), AT&T, Boeing, Continental Maritime, CSC, the Department of Energy, the Department of Health and Human Services, DRS, the Federal Aviation Administration, General Atomics, General Dynamics, Honeywell, INEL, Lockheed, Mitre, Naval Air Systems Command, Raytheon,

SAIC, United Space Alliance, and Xerox.

Mr. Keats has conducted hundreds of public and in-house seminars providing training and insights on contemporary project management disciplines and systems. He has been a guest lecturer for organizations including the Project Management Institute (PMI), Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA), the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE), and the Army Information Management Conference. He has received multiple industry and government awards for successful project

management and EVMS implementations, including recognition from Brookhaven National Labs, Xerox, Boeing, the National Missile Defense Program, and the U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force.

Jacque is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, in Business Administration and Computer Science.
