Christopher Chance

Christopher Chance has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Christopher started their career at BOVINE FERTILITY IMPROVEMENT SERVICES LTD in 2013, where they held the role of Area Manager. In this position, they performed pregnancy diagnosis using both manual palpation and ultrasound scanning, visited 8 herds daily for heat detection and analysis of computer records, and conducted artificial insemination.

In 2016, Christopher joined Genus ABS as a Trainer. Here, they delivered training to new Reproductive Management Specialists in the UK. Christopher taught the core syllabus for becoming a RMS Specialist and assessed various skills such as applying and reading chalk, navigating a pen, interpreting farm data, identifying tone in the uterus, and extracting mucus via rectal palpation. Additionally, they conducted fertility tests and pregnancy palpation, coordinated the synchronization of the estrus cycle, maintained communication with farmers, herdsmen, and veterinarians, and emphasized professionalism.

Currently, Christopher works at smaXtec as an Area Sales Manager in the South West region.

Christopher Chance attended the University of Plymouth from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a foundation degree in Animal Sciences.
