Bob Silzle, an accomplished executive in the restaurant and retail industry, currently serves as President of Franchise Success, Inc. since November 2013, specializing in helping businesses achieve and surpass their goals across various operational facets. With extensive experience as Chief Operating Officer at SMB Franchise Advisors and Rockham 5G dba Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Bob successfully oversaw the launch of 29 Five Guys locations from 2005 to 2011. Bob's career began at McDonald's Corporation, where initial roles included Director of Operations and Multi-Unit Owner/Operator, culminating in significant operational achievements across multiple locations.
