Kristen B is an accomplished marketing and client experience professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Client Experience Specialist at SMB Team since December 2024, Kristen previously held the position of Digital Marketing Account Director at RankPay from March 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included client management and growth strategy development for businesses and nonprofits. Kristen has also contributed as a Marketing Director at MBA For A Day from January 2010 to November 2024, and earlier in a similar role from May 2003 to December 2008, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives. Additionally, Kristen served as Vice President of Marketing at Northern RI Chamber of Commerce from January 2008 to May 2013, where efforts centered on marketing strategy and brand management.
