Michelle Kraxberger

Michelle Kraxberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as a Business Coach at SMB Team since May 2023, Michelle has a rich history as the Owner of The Fixer & Co since 1995, where strategic oversight of operations, program development, fundraising, and community outreach were key responsibilities. Previously, as Executive Director at United Methodist Church from November 2013 to April 2023, Michelle successfully developed and executed strategic plans while fostering relationships with donors and community leaders. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Vice President at Secret Sisters Network, Inc. from August 2012 to June 2015 and managed operations, business development, and project management as Owner/Business Administrator at MechPro from April 2003 to May 2010.
