Taylor Martin is the Client Experience Team Lead at SMB Team. Prior to joining SMB Team, Taylor was the Marketing Coordinator at Forcon International from January 2021 to July 2021. During their time at Forcon International, they were responsible for marketing efforts that resulted in 12 students joining the Vietnam Travel Course, reducing costs by $250 per student.

Before their time at Forcon International, Taylor was the Graduate Assistant at the University of Tampa from May 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they assisted the Director of Non-Profit Management with new course development and market research. Additionally, they were responsible for marketing efforts that resulted in 12 students joining the Vietnam Travel Course, reducing costs by $250 per student.

From January 2018 to April 2018, Taylor was the Marketing and Programs Administrator at qualifiedMEETINGS, where they generated detailed vendor profiles of trade show participants using DiscoverOrg and LinkedIn. This resulted in increased efficiency and effectiveness at trade shows, with time and business lead generation.

Taylor began their career as a Marketing Intern at Alligare, LLC from June 2017 to December 2020. During their internship, they gained experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, social media, and event planning. Taylor then transitioned into a full-time role as a Junior Account Manager at Radius Marketing Group from February 2017 to May 2017.

Taylor Martin has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management from The University of Tampa. Taylor also has certification in Modern Advances in Leadership from the University of Tampa and Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy.

They work with Brett Gayhardt - Client Experience Specialist, Katilin Maroney - Client Experience Specialist, and Sean Hawkins - Client Experience Specialist. Their manager is Stephanie Olive, Director of Client Experience.
