The Leadership Team at SMC Finance (Moneywise Financial Services Pvt Ltd) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, making high-level decisions, overseeing all operations, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. This team includes the CEO, who provides overall leadership and vision; the Vice President Credit, who manages credit risk and lending policies; the SVP & Head of IT, Operations, and Customer Services, who ensures seamless technology integration and exceptional service delivery; and the Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Administration, and BIU, who oversees talent management, administrative functions, and business intelligence initiatives.
