Joseph Grafe

Joseph Grafe is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the power sector, currently serving as the Senior Electrical Engineer and Head of the Electrical Department in the Power Expansion Division at San Miguel Global Power since May 2015. In this role, Joseph manages the utility interconnection and grid integration processes for power plant projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previous experience includes serving as a Power Expansion Group Electrical Engineer, where project objectives were developed through collaboration with management, and as a Project Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, responsible for reviewing submitted drawings and methodologies from EPC contractors. Joseph began their career as an Electrical Technician at Mighty Corporation, troubleshooting electrical and electronic components. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Bulacan State University, obtained in 2013.
