Julio Alberto Alía de Miguel

Julio Alberto Alía de Miguel has extensive experience in construction management and project engineering. Julio Alberto currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Infra Build Holdings LLC. Julio Alberto was previously employed in senior roles at companies such as OHL USA, OHL Central Europe, and OHL SA, where they oversaw various aspects of construction management and project administration. Their responsibilities included defining and monitoring business strategy plans, negotiating and managing joint ventures, supervising all civil construction projects, and developing and implementing management systems for projects. Additionally, they have experience in analyzing project requirements and tendering department works. Their expertise and leadership skills were instrumental in successfully executing large-scale construction projects, including highway and infrastructure projects.

Julio Alberto Alía de Miguel graduated with a degree in Transportation from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in 1989 after completing their studies in Ingeniero de Caminos Canales y Puertos.
