Carris Chen is a seasoned HR professional with a wide range of experience in the field. Starting off as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International, Carris has since held various HR roles at companies such as First Data International, EMC, Check Point Software Technologies, LinkedIn, HashiCorp, and SMC - Sustainable Metal Cloud. Carris has a strong background in HR operations, business partnering, and leadership roles, consistently delivering value and support to the organizations Carris has worked for. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, Carris continues to make significant contributions to the HR function in their current position as Head of HR at SMC.
