Erin Hamm

Erin Hamm is an experienced Agile Coach with a strong background in mentoring and transitioning teams to Agile methodologies across various organizations. Currently serving at SMCI since August 2022, Erin guides multiple Agile teams at AmGen in adopting the SAFe framework. Previous roles include coaching at Nuspire and Holland Square Group, where Erin focused on enhancing software delivery in cybersecurity and healthcare environments, respectively. With a foundation in project management and business analysis, Erin has held positions at notable companies such as MTM, Inc., Quest Analytics, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. Erin holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from the same institution.
