Ricardo Zubiate

Ricardo Zubiate is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and systems analysis. Currently serving as an IS Business Analyst at SMCI since June 2021, Zubiate has previously held roles such as Computer Technician at DELTA Computer Solutions, Inc. and Onsite Support Engineer at Hemmersbach, providing customer support for network infrastructure across multiple locations. With extensive experience in troubleshooting hardware and software for both Windows and MAC systems, Zubiate has also contributed to various projects involving desktop support, including significant roles at IBM and Kantar. Ricardo Zubiate holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology from Heald College.
