Marie-Caroline Bénézet

Marie-Caroline Bénézet is currently the Operations & Transformation Director at SMCP. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Digital & Technology Officer SNCF Gares & Connexions (COMEX) from March 2015 to March 2021. In this role, they oversaw the digital and technology services for the company, including the development of digital applications and connectivity solutions. Marie-Caroline also served as a Strategic Advisor for Applidium from January 2011 to December 2015 and as a Board Member for NUMA from January 2010 to February 2015. From January 2005 to April 2015, they were Partner & Deputy General Manager at FABERNOVEL Paris, where they were in charge of operations.

Marie-Caroline Bénézet has a MSc in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London and a Master's Degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec.

Marie-Caroline Bénézet reports to Isabelle Guichot, CEO. They work with Patricia Huyghues - CFO, Isabelle Allouch - CEO, Sandro, and Paul Griffin - CEO, SMCP North America.
