David Bixler

David Bixler is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on geotechnical and materials testing services. Currently, David serves as Operations Manager II at S&ME since January 2022, previously holding roles such as Geotechnical Operations Manager and Principal Engineer. Prior to this, David held the position of Senior Project Manager/Senior Engineer at S&ME, Inc. from July 2020 to April 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Engineer at Terracon and serving in multiple senior engineer roles at ESP Associates, Inc. and S&ME, Inc. David began career as a Project Engineer at Lyman Henn. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Engineering with a Civil Specialty from the Colorado School of Mines.
