James Rivera has extensive work experience in the field of safety and risk management. James has held various roles at different companies over the years.

Starting in 2009, James worked as the General Manager and Safety Director at Trinity Safety Company, where they were responsible for managing operations, employee dispatch, and customer service.

In 2012, they joined Golden Construction & Excavation as the Safety Director. In this role, they oversaw the maintenance, improvement, and implementation of the corporate EHS program.

James then took on the role of VP Safety and is currently working as the Vice President of Safety, Risk, & Quality.
