Chantel Bartlett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership engagement, program development, and communication across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Member Engagement Programs at SME since June 2022, Chantel leads professional development initiatives while driving membership recruitment and retention through strategic, data-informed plans. Prior roles include Director of NAHB Remodelers at the National Association of Home Builders, where Chantel managed cross-departmental efforts to enhance membership resources and foster industry advocacy. With a strong background in operations, fundraising, and international educational coordination, Chantel has a proven track record of increasing membership and developing impactful professional programs.
