Phoebe Carpenter

Phoebe Carpenter is currently the Executive Assistant to the Directors at Smedvig Capital. Prior to this, they worked as a Personalisation Project Officer at Westminster City Council from October 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they were a Project Officer at Hammersmith & Fulham Council from September 2015 to September 2017.

In their role as a Project Officer, Phoebe was responsible for leading the development and delivery of the HR elements of the Council’s Corporate Social Inclusion Plan and other Equality and Diversity initiatives. Phoebe also acted as the secretariat to the Bi Borough Trade Union Consultation Forum and managed the administration of correspondence including report production.

Phoebe has a proven track record in project development, budgeting, and risk assessment. Phoebe is skilled in research and drafting best practice HR policies and procedures. Phoebe is an excellent communicator and has a strong track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Phoebe Carpenter went to the University of Leeds and got a Bachelor's Degree in Politics BA (International).
