Brian Mercado

Brian Mercado is a civil engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at SMEUSA since March 2021, Brian has prior experience as a Demolition Assistant Project Manager at Independence Excavating, where responsibilities included tracking tonnage and payments for recycled materials. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Seasonal Sortation Associate at Amazon, military service as a Psychological Operations Officer-in-Training and Team Member in the United States Army Reserve, and roles in hospitality and construction, including as a Banquet Server at Hyatt Regency and a Project Engineering Co-op at Messer Construction Co.
