Chuck Gemayel is currently the Chief Operations Officer / Senior Vice President at SMEUSA. Prior to that, Chuck held the position of Vice President at Arizona Transportation Research Center. Chuck holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Additionally, Chuck completed some coursework at Universite Saint-Joseph - Ecole supérieure d’ingénieurs Beyrouth (ESIB).
