Mya Fletcher

Mya Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations leadership across multiple companies. At SMG, Mya serves as the Director of Sales Operations, while previous roles include Head of Sales Operations at GIG Retail and various positions at Mars, such as Field Sales Strategy Effectiveness Leader and Field Sales Operations Leader. Mya also contributed to Wrigley as a Demand Health & Safety Technician and Sales Representative, and started a career at Siemens as an Assistant Process Engineer. Mya holds a First Class Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Leeds, completed in 2010.
