Brooke Arnold

Brooke Arnold has a diverse work experience. Brooke started their career as a Process Design & Consulting Intern at State Farm® in 2018, where they analyzed processes and created solutions for workflow problems. Brooke then worked as a Continuous Improvement Intern at State Farm® in 2019, where they reviewed employee suggestions and customer complaints to improve processes within State Farm Bank. In 2019, they also started working at the University of Iowa as a Data Analyst, generating reports, visualizations, and maps for student recruitment and enrollment management. Brooke later became the UI Baseball Data Analyst Manager from August 2020 to June 2021. In 2021, Brooke had a Data Analyst Internship at Visibly. Currently, they work as a Research Analyst at SMG - Service Management Group.

Brooke Arnold completed their Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Iowa in 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Business Analytics at the University of Iowa from 2020 to 2021.
