Craig Hills has extensive experience in client success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Consultant at SMG - Service Management Group since August 2016. Previously held positions at SMG include Client Success Manager and Account Executive. Craig's career began at John Lewis as a Sales Assistant from September 2005 to August 2013, followed by a role as Post Sales Supply Chain Executive at Xerox from September 2011 to July 2016. Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2011.
