Jami Ferguson

Jami Ferguson has over 20 years of experience, starting in 2000 as a Manager of Money Market Operations at US Bancorp Asset Management. From 2004 to 2007, they were the SVP and Director of Operations at TASS, LLC, where they led a team responsible for mutual fund subaccounting services. At DST TASS, LLC from 2007 to 2011, they served as the Director of Business Strategy, integrating legacy customers and developing a product development strategy. From 2011 to 2015, Jami worked as the Director of Product Management at DST Brokerage Solutions, focusing on agile/scrum transformation and managing stakeholders. At DST Systems from 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Product Management and led a product management team responsible for a portfolio of products. Currently, Jami is the Senior Director of Product Management at SMG - Service Management Group since March 2023.

Jami Ferguson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from the University of South Dakota. In addition, they have acquired certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance and Foundations, Focus, Build from Pragmatic Marketing.
