Jamie Cromer

Jamie Cromer has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. In 2016, Jamie worked as a Media Intern at ghg | greyhealth group. Starting from 2017, Jamie joined SMG - Service Management Group and held various positions, including Account Administrator, Account Analyst, Account Manager, and Senior Client Success Manager. Currently, Jamie is serving as the Director of Client Success at SMG. In 2020, Jamie also worked at Power Life, where they served as an Instructor and Teacher Training Coach. Additionally, Jamie held the role of Feedback Coach at Power Life from 2021 to 2023.

Jamie Cromer has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri. In addition to this, Jamie has also achieved a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in May 2023.
