Alicia Caballero, MMR, has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Alicia currently holds the position of Director Client Insights at SMG - Service Management Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sysco as the Senior Director Market Customer Competitive Intelligence from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they achieved significant impact by providing crucial market, customer, and competitive intelligence. Alicia also served as the Product Owner for the customer database, overseeing playbook, roadmap, vision, and adoption.

Before Sysco, Alicia worked at Academy Sports + Outdoors from 2017 to 2022, where they held two different roles. Initially, they were the Lead Customer Insights, where they substantially increased the team's scope of responsibility and substantially increased ROI of budget and team. Later, they took on the role of Lead Customer Analytics and Strategy, where they led a team of professionals and directed the organizational transformation towards a data-driven culture.

Prior to Academy Sports + Outdoors, Alicia worked at Walmart from 2013 to 2017. Alicia held two roles during their time there, starting as Sr Manager I Insights Partner and later becoming Sr Manager II, Negotiation Strategy. In these roles, they made a significant impact by leading strategies, slashing procurement costs, and developing compelling analyses.

Alicia also has experience working at InComm Payments as Manager Marketing Research from 2012 to 2013, at UPS as Sr Marketing Research Analyst from 2010 to 2012, at MMR Research Associates, Inc. as Project Manager from 2009 to 2010, at Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. as a Research Intern in 2008, and at Ope's Organic Foods as a Marketing Representative from 2006 to 2007.

Alicia Caballero obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology with a focus on Marketing, Statistics, and Social Psychology from Western Michigan University between 2006 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Research at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2008 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Alicia obtained a certification as a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association in June 2023.
