Brittany Kearney

Brittany Kearney has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Brittany currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Operations at Smile Brands Inc., where they are responsible for developing operational analysis and executing the strategic plan for clinical affairs. Prior to this, they held various roles at Elite Dental Partners, including Director of Clinical Success and Special Programs, Orthodontic and Clear Aligner Program Director, and Safety and Compliance Manager. In these roles, they managed special programs, ensured compliance with safety regulations, and contributed to the success of the clinical team. Brittany Kearney obtained a degree in Health Services Management with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the OSAP-DALE Foundation Dental Infection Prevention and Control Certificate Program from The DALE Foundation, as well as an OSHA 10-Hour certification from USF Health: Department of Otolaryngology.
