Michelle Nira

Michelle Nira has extensive experience in the dental industry. Michelle began their career with Smile Brands Inc. in 2003 as a District Manager, where they successfully managed and oversaw the operations of 13 dental offices, meeting the company's financial goals. Michelle was responsible for managing controllable costs and ensuring teams met their EBITDA targets. In 2016, they moved to Lovett Dental as Director of Specialty Operations, before joining DentalOne Partners Inc. in 2017 as Director of Specialty. Later that year, they returned to Smile Brands Inc. as the Director of Market Operations.

Michelle Nira attended San Jacinto College from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued General Studies but did not earn a degree.
