Established in 2009, Smile Education was set up to provide a personal, local service with the emphasis on choosing the most suitable person for each opportunity. We take pride in providing the best teachers in the local areas and work closely with a wide variety of schools, supporting them in any way we can. A number of our team are parents themselves and consequently safeguarding is an indispensable part of everything we do. We pride ourselves in only placing staff in positions where we would be comfortable if our own children were being educated, and we always exceed DFE guidelines. To ensure that we maintain and improve our standards we continue to develop and grow our staff by providing ongoing training and guidance.
