Rosalie McMillan

Rosalie McMillan is the Founding and Managing Director of Smile Plastics, a company established in 2014 that specializes in transforming waste plastics into high-quality sustainable materials and decorative products. Prior to this role, Rosalie worked as a Jewellery Designer/Maker from January 2014 to August 2019, creating contemporary jewellery with a clean aesthetic influenced by nature and geometric patterns. Earlier career experiences include serving as Commercial Manager at Rogers Plants, Apprenticeship and Graduate Talent Manager at British Gas, and various positions within Centrica, including HR Business Partner and Resource Specialist. Rosalie holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from UCL.
