Idoia Fuertes Oroz has been working at Smile Versicherung since October 2023 as the Head Customer & Partner Proposition Management. Prior to this, Idoia worked at Helvetia Seguros España for nearly three decades, holding various titles such as Responsable de Experiencia Digital del Cliente, Responsable de Negocio On-line, Técnico de Proyectos e Innovación de Sistemas, and Técnico de Organización. With a degree in Licenciatura en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales, Economía from the University of Navarra and a Senior Management Program in Digital Business from ICEMD, Idoia's expertise lies in project management, innovation, and optimizing application usage to bridge the gap between business and IT areas.
