Roberto Monosi

Roberto Monosi is the Head Customer Care at Smile Versicherung since July 2019. Prior to this role, Roberto worked at Suva from August 2010 to June 2019, holding various titles such as Leiter Kundenmanagement and Teamleiter Prämien und Kundenberatung. Roberto is currently pursuing a CAS in Fintech & Blockchain Economy at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. Additionally, he holds degrees in Mobile Business & Ecosystems and Digital Insurance from the same university, as well as a Dipl. Versicherungswirtschafter HF from Höhere Fachschule Versicherung HFV -L’Ecole supérieure assurance and a Kaufmann EFZ Privatversicherung from Wirtschaftsschule KV Winterthur.
