Jason MacMurray has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 with BodyTrends Health & Fitness, where they were the COO. In 2004, they moved to Investment Group of Santa Barbara, where they worked as a Principal, focusing on search engine marketing, Internet marketing and inside sales. In 2007, they joined Mindflash, where they held various roles, including Chief Customer Officer, VP of Customer Success, VP of Sales and Customer Success, and VP of Operations and QA. In 2019, they moved to Process Street, where they were the VP of Customer Success. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Smile Identity.
