Chief Engineer at Smit Lamnalco

Anton Arkhipov has a work experience of over 10 years, primarily in the maritime industry. Anton started working as a 3rd engineer with Spliethoff in April 2010 and continued in the same role until May 2012. Anton then joined Smit Lamnalco in November 2013 as a 3rd engineer until July 2014. In December 2014, they were promoted to the role of 2nd engineer at Smit Lamnalco and held the position until February 2018. From March 2018 onwards, Anton has been working as a Chief Engineer at Smit Lamnalco.

Anton Arkhipov has a comprehensive education history in the field of engineering. Anton started their academic journey in 2003 at Murmansk State Technical University, where they earned a Diploma in Marine Mechanical Engineering in 2010.

In 2015, they enrolled at George Brown College and obtained a Certificate in Electromechanical Engineering in 2016. Later, in 2019, Anton completed a Certificate in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician at the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Anton also holds several certifications. In March 2010, they obtained the "Marine Mechanical Engineer" certification from Murmansk State Technical University. Anton has also completed the "ISM Code Training for Shipboard Personnel" from the same university in January 2010.

To enhance their skills and knowledge, Anton pursued additional certifications. In 2016, they completed the "Electro-Mechanical Technician Program" at George Brown College. In 2017, they obtained the "Engine Room Resource Management" certification from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy.

Anton's passion for continuous growth is evident in their recent certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Automation Technician Program" at George Brown College. Anton also completed the "Chief Engineer Unlimited" certification in November 2017 from PA Sankt Petersburg.

Determined to stay up-to-date with industry standards, Anton has also obtained various specialized certifications. These include the "Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)" from PT. Samson Tiara in December 2020, the "Basic H2S Training" from the same institution in December 2020, and the "UKOOA Offshore Medical Certificate" from Klinik ASSA'ADAH in November 2020.

Most recently, in September 2022, Anton obtained the "Basic STCW Certificates" from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy. This demonstrates their commitment to maintaining and expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of engineering.
