George was also responsible for ongoing compliance with senior credit facilities and improved processes around the monthly/quarterly review of requirements, calculations, and certifications. Additionally, they assisted in the negotiations and bank requests of a $350 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
George Jernigan's first professional role was as an Investor Relations Analyst at Fifth Third Bank from June 2010 to June 2013.
