Tom McGechie

Tom McGechie is the current Director of Production at Smith Anderson. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager at FTV Proclad International from April 2015 to October 2018. From January 2013 to December 2015, Tom was Operations Manager at Stevenson Grantech Ltd. and from January 2011 to December 2013, they were Operations Manager at Bonar Yarns. Tom's previous experience also includes Production Manager roles at Balmoral Offshore Engineering from February 2009 to September 2011 and at Tokheim UK LTD from January 2004 to February 2009. Tom began their career as a Value Stream Manager at APW in April 1998 and remained there until January 2003.

Tom McGechie has a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Abertay University.

They work with Andrea Hannah - Quality Manager, Olivia Slater - Director, Sales, and Ian Weatherson - National Account Manager. Tom McGechie reports to Michael Longstaffe, CEO.
