Lynford Barnes

Lynford Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lynford began their career at PepsiCo in 1998, where they worked as a Business Unit Leader until 2013. Following that, they joined Darigold as a Plant Manager from 2013 to 2016, and then as the Director of Performance Systems from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Trident Seafoods as a Plant Manager for a brief period of time. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Smith Brothers Farms, starting in 2023.
